Job Description

  • Conduct and guide customers step by step on cooking/baking courses.
  • Deliver quality lessons with patience and professionalism.
  • To be proactive in communication with customer in positive and encouraging way.
  • Provide cooking/baking knowledge and motivate customers during the lesson.
  • Clean the equipment & kitchen tools after the lesson.
  • Be punctual and well prepared with required ingredients and tools before the lesson begins.
  • Attend monthly training which has been assigned is compulsory.
  • Feedback to duty managers whenever receiving the comments.

Requirements

  • Applicant must have Culinary/Baking background
  • 6 months contract and renewable
  • Conduct minimum lessons of 12 or 20 per month
  • Good in time management, customer service and communication skills
  • ABC members who have Certificate of Completion of Basic Bread/ Cake Course or completed 12 lessons of Cooking course are encouraged to apply.


Job Description

  • Involve in the packing processes of wet and dry ingredients for lessons
  • Ensure ingredients are packed according to required standards and consistent presentations
  • Attend customers and call-ins at the reception area
  • Work closely with Procurement Team to monitor ingredients stock level
  • Assist in maintaining studio cleanliness
  • Support in other related daily studio operations or events assigned by the supervisor/manager

Requirements

  • Gross salary up to $2000 (Basic salary + OT)
  • 5 days work week (includes weekends and PH)
  • 2 off days in a week
  • Shift work (Shift A: 9:30am - 6:30pm & Shift B: 1:00 - 10:00pm)
  • Independent, tidy, cheerful and good at interacting with people
  • No experience is required, training provided

Job Description

  • Supporting accounting function which includes full/partial sets accounts, handling AR/AP functions and inter-company billing.
  • Preparing for year-end audit, liaising with auditors and respective authorities as necessary.
  • Maintaining files and documents archiving.
  • Answering phone calls and directing them to the relevant personnel/department.
  • Overseeing mail/parcel distribution to the relevant personnel/department.
  • Purchasing office supplies and pantry supplies.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, office warehouse and equipment.
  • Performing other relevant duties when needed.

Requirements

  • Possess at least Diploma in Accounting/Business Administrative or similar relevant field
  • At least 1 year of experience in Accounting & Administrative work
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
  • 5 days, Monday to Friday (9.30am to 6.30pm)
  • Based at the office

Job Description

  • Create awareness of the company and its products
  • Ensure all marketing collaterals/materials/premiums are produced and distributed on time
  • Coordinate with Studio Team to ensure marketing strategies are executed
  • Work closely with Studio Team to support and coordinate any studio marketing activities including mall events, company anniversary event, new store opening promotions, etc.
  • Champion ABC’s social media channels (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn) and attend to online customer enquiries in a timely manner
  • Attend to other ad-hoc duties whenever required

Requirements

  • Diploma in Marketing, Business or any related field
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively and independently within a team
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook, preferable in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Good organization skills
  • Digital marketing experience


Job Description

  • Two positions: (1) Cooking Trainer and (2) Bread Trainer
  • Conducts quality training sessions with excellent professionalism and keep trainees motivated
  • Involves in creating new menus and testing menus for B2B and B2C market
  • Understands ABC structure/style; able to follow SOP provided by Japan ABC
  • Upholds the company’s standards and values
  • Performs ad-hoc duties whenever needed

Requirements

  • Senior Trainer: min. 3 years working experience in a similar capacity
  • Junior Trainer: min. 2 years working experience in a similar capacity
  • Diploma/Degree and/or professional qualifications in respective course of study
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Independent and reliable
