Job Description

  • Acquire cooking and baking skills, including knowledge of food, hygiene and ingredients handling.
  • Persuade customers to purchase our lessons to acquire a new hobby, eat healthily and improve their quality of life.
  • Conduct lessons with appropriate demonstration and keep customers motivated.
  • Deliver quality lessons with excellent manners and professionalism.
  • Assist customers to find the most appropriate cooking or baking plan.
  • Attend to all customers proactively and accountable for the cleanliness of kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Motivate and inspire the customers during lessons.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties including manning the reception, answering phone enquiries, ingredients division, etc.

Requirements

  • 6 days off per month and shift work.
  • Applicants with Sales or Culinary background are preferred.
  • Applicants with no experience are welcome to apply.
  • Positive mindset and a strong team player.


Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the studio counter.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Maintain studio security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
  • Order front reception counter supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Help Studio Consultant to guide guest and proceed contract fill up process when required.
  • To inform Marketing Team when short of recipes or brochures or related marketing materials.
  • Proceed cashier and attend to customers' needs or requirement.
  • Perform customer service with polite and good work ethic to all customers.
  • Preferable to work in a team or as a team player and good in communication skill.

Requirements

  • 6 days off per month and shift work.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organizational skills and customer service attitude.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Required language(s): English, Chinese (in order to liaise with the English & Chinese speaking associates).


Job Description

  • Proactively initiate and engage corporate sales on relationship building and consultative selling.
  • Responsible to researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification.
  • Reaching out to new Business to Business (B to B) customers and making presentation or pitches outlining the benefits of product/services.
  • Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/services as per their needs.
  • Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients.
  • Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients.
  • In charge the corporate events with smooth and professional manners.
  • Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence.
  • Work directly with purchasing team.

Requirements

  • Preferably with min 3-5 years of experience in local marketing and corporate sales.
  • Advantage for the candidate who possess at least JLPT 2 or worked in Japan before.
  • Confident, good public relation and excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.


Job Description

  • Conduct and guide customers step by step on cooking/baking courses.
  • Deliver quality lessons with patience and professionalism.
  • To be proactive in communication with customer in positive and encouraging way.
  • Provide cooking/baking knowledge and motivate customers during the lesson.
  • Clean the equipment & kitchen tools after the lesson.
  • Be punctual and well prepared with required ingredients and tools before the lesson begins.
  • Attend monthly training which has been assigned is compulsory.
  • Feedback to duty managers whenever receiving the comments.

Requirements

  • Applicant must have Culinary/Baking background.
  • Teach minimum 16 lessons per month and commit minimum 6 months of employment with us.
  • Good in time management, customer service and communication skills.


Job Description

  • To assist instructors in packing required ingredients for lessons.
  • Ensure ingredients are packed according to required standards and consistent presentations.
  • To attend to customers who enquire at the reception counter and call-in through the phone.
  • Work closely with Procurement Department to monitor ingredients stock level.
  • To assist in maintaining studio cleanliness.
  • To support in other related daily studio operations or events.

Requirements

  • Work minimum 4 shifts per week and commit minimum 3 months of employment with us.
  • Meticulous and positive attitude towards work.
  • Customer service experience will be advantage.


Job Description

  • Collect and wash the dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them back to the respective area.
  • Remove trash and garbage from every corner of the studio.
  • Sweep and mop the floors.
  • Wipe up any spills to ensure studio and washing area floors remain dry.
  • Other dishwashing ad-hoc duties as assigned by studio personnel.
