Conduct and guide customers step by step on cooking/baking courses.
Deliver quality lessons with patience and professionalism.
To be proactive in communication with customer in positive and encouraging way.
Provide cooking/baking knowledge and motivate customers during the lesson.
Clean the equipment & kitchen tools after the lesson.
Be punctual and well prepared with required ingredients and tools before the lesson begins.
Attend monthly training which has been assigned is compulsory.
Feedback to duty managers whenever receiving the comments.
Applicant must have Culinary/Baking background
6 months contract and renewable
Conduct minimum lessons of 20, 30 or 45 per month
Good in time management, customer service and communication skills
To assist instructors in packing required ingredients for lessons.
Ensure ingredients are packed according to required standards and consistent presentations.
To attend to customers who enquire at the reception counter and call-in through the phone.
Work closely with Procurement Department to monitor ingredients stock level.
To assist in maintaining studio cleanliness.
To support in other related daily studio operations or events.
Work minimum 4 shifts per week and commit minimum 3 months of employment with the company.
Meticulous and positive attitude towards work.
Customer service experience will be advantage.
Collect and wash the dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them back to the respective area.
Remove trash and garbage from every corner of the studio.
Sweep and mop the floors.
Wipe up any spills to ensure studio and washing area floors remain dry.
Other dishwashing ad-hoc duties as assigned by studio personnel.

Takashimaya Studio (Orchard) / Westgate Studio (Jurong East)
Plan, develop, test and deploy robust web/mobile applications.
Analyze business processes and translate them into clean, working code.
Troubleshoot issues and enhance the systems to improve usability and productivity.
Create tools or automate tasks to generate meaningful reports for users to analyze trends and statistics.
Create documentation and provide training to internal users about system functionalities.
Coordinate the resolution of system issues in a timely manner.
Effectively communicate technical information to superiors and peers, who may be non-technical users.
Maintain technical knowledge base for internal sharing.
Good understanding of OOP/MVC and clear coding style is a must.
Strong grasp of SQL and proven experience in database management.
Proven full stack development experience will be preferred.
Experience in Cloud solutions like AWS, Digital Ocean, Linode will be a plus.
Experience in modern frameworks like Vue.js, React.js, Laravel, React Native, NativeScript, Flutter will be a big advantage.
Good team player and always willing to explore new technologies.
Well versed with industry best practices for coding.
Handle full set of accounts independently.
Quarterly GST submission.
Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to book of accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions.
Standard journal entries.
Analyze daily banking transactions and journal entries.
Reconcile sub-ledger accounts (such as inventory).
Prepare and submit monthly sales reports into excel spread sheet for analysis.
Verify and reconcile contracts, orders, and vouchers, and prepares reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement.
Monitor compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures.
Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
Provide advice and assistance and early warning of such problems as cost over-runs, excessive charges, and potential penalties. Develop models to depict financial and related activities tailored for specific operations.
Participate in ad hoc tasks and other Accounting/HR related projects as assigned.
Singapore consolidation accounting management.
Diploma in Finance / Account or equivalent.
At least 2 years of relevant experiences in one company.
F&B business or shop business accounting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A good team player and able to handle pressure and deadline.
Verbal & Writing Language: English and Mandarin.

We are looking for a person who is confident, fun-loving and has the ability to grab the attention of an audience. He (she) will be training staff, creating recipes, testing menus, conducting workshops/events. Attention to details is important to demonstrate culinary expertise.
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a pastry or cooking instructor or a chef-de-partie
Degree or Diploma in Culinary/Pastry/Baking
Ability to research and create recipes independently
Creative, determined, good sense of taste and organized
Basic understanding of English and communication skills
