Job Description

  • Conduct and guide customers step by step on cooking/baking courses.
  • Deliver quality lessons with patience and professionalism.
  • To be proactive in communication with customer in positive and encouraging way.
  • Provide cooking/baking knowledge and motivate customers during the lesson.
  • Clean the equipment & kitchen tools after the lesson.
  • Be punctual and well prepared with required ingredients and tools before the lesson begins.
  • Attend monthly training which has been assigned is compulsory.
  • Feedback to duty managers whenever receiving the comments.

Requirements

  • Applicant must have Culinary/Baking background
  • 6 months contract and renewable
  • Conduct minimum lessons of 12 or 20 per month
  • Good in time management, customer service and communication skills
  • ABC members who have Certificate of Completion of Basic Bread/ Cake Course or completed 12 lessons of Cooking course are encouraged to apply.

Job Description

  • Involve in the packing processes of wet and dry ingredients for lessons
  • Ensure ingredients are packed according to required standards and consistent presentations
  • Attend customers and call-ins at the reception area
  • Work closely with Procurement Team to monitor ingredients stock level
  • Assist in maintaining studio cleanliness
  • Support in other related daily studio operations or events assigned by the supervisor/manager

Requirements

  • Gross salary up to $2000 (Basic salary + OT)
  • 5 days work week (includes weekends and PH)
  • 2 off days in a week
  • Shift work (Shift A: 9:30am - 6:30pm & Shift B: 1:00 - 10:00pm)
  • Independent, tidy, cheerful and good at interacting with people
  • No experience is required, training provided

  • Acquire new sales and grow sales volume with existing and future potential corporate clients
  • Perform the full pre- and post- sales activities
  • Prepare quotations and tenders, and liaise with product and marketing units
  • Gather marketing intelligence data
  • Support the sales team with other administrative tasks, which includes receive and process contracts, quotation, invoices, maintain and update sales and customer records

Requirements

  • Possess a diploma or degree in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent

Job Description

  • Purchasing activities for consumable and non-consumable goods, which assures the studio’s needs run smoothly.
  • Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
  • Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of the items between suppliers/ local/ overseas suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to studio on time.
  • Ensure ingredients are in place for training, regular and trial lessons.
  • Ensure non-consumable goods (e.g. cake/bread packaging, baking supplies, disposable aprons, etc.) are always in-stock.
  • Review existing process and controls to identify deficiencies and the potential impact, and implement and maintain corrective actions of the procurement process.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma with 2 years relevant working experience in F&B or equivalent
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
  • Able to work independently as well as in team
  • Meticulous and fast learner

Job Description

  • Provide technical support for staff, including but not limited to:
    • Setup PC/laptop for new staff, including software installation and user account creation
    • Manage staff email and user accounts, e.g. Office 365
    • Troubleshoot technical issues encountered by staff, e.g. no internet connection, printer can’t print
  • Provide first level technical support for system and application issues faced by staff and customers.
  • Configure and support of IT equipment in office and studios, such as:
    • Routers (CISCO) and wireless access points
    • IPSec VPN configuration
    • Printers and copiers
    • POS systems
    • Fingerprint scanners
    • Digital kiosks
  • Manage IT assets:
    • Track and housekeep IT assets
    • Assist to procure IT equipment, e.g. laptop, mouse, monitor

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in providing IT support.
  • Able to communicate with users in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • CCNA certification will be an advantage.
  • Experience in audio video equipment setup will be a plus.
  • Experience in administration for Cloud services (e.g. AWS, Office 365) will be a bonus.
