Hello and hi! My name’s Amir, though I go by Otter among some of my friends. I was formerly a SpEd teacher of about 3 years and now I’m here. I’m a firm believer of discipline and commitment, so I treat my food with the same amount of commitment as I do my time in the gym. Moderation is key.

To be honest I didn’t have much experience when it comes to cooking or baking bread but one thing I do have a lot of experience is in eating. ABC Cooking studio has thought me a lot about culinary and I have never expected myself to be able to learn so much and provide joy to my members. SO JOIN US TO SO THAT YOU CAN LEARN, HAVE FUN AND MOST IMPORTANTLY EAT

I was inspired by my aunt at the age of twelve, where she would always teach me how to make cookies during occasions at home. Took a leap and got to culinary school to learn more and had tones of experience in a centralised kitchen but now teaching show me that you can do any kinds of cakes with smaller techniques and same outcome!&nbsp; Teaching and meeting new people everyday makes me feel genuine happy.&nbsp; Come join me in ABC where can make happiness through food.
