Pair your handcrafting skills with Wagashi shaping tools such as Sankaku-bo (triangle tool) and Hari Hashi (Wagashi needle crafting chopsticks), to patiently craft out the detailing for an intricate Wagashi Winter Garden to celebrate! You will also get to bring home a set of Hari Hashi and a pack of IYEMON Uji-matcha after the workshop.

Discover the beauty and tradition in Japanese confectionary making, and apply them to recreate different Wagashi designs with your own creativity!
