What will you be expecting?

1. Making local favourites with either Singapore or Japanese flavour preferences

Kaya and Chiffon cake are some food souvenir choices before departing from Singapore. Besides our familiar pandan flavour, you can opt for Okinawa brown sugar-flavoured kaya or Yuzu chiffon.

2. Each participant can choose a menu at the point of booking

While most of our lessons practice one menu per table, tablet lesson allows each participant to follow their preferred menu, similar to our Bread Basic and Bread Riche course!

*Ingredients have been pre-measured before the lesson, so just put on your apron and follow the instructional video!

3. Admission timing is now more flexible!

Participant are allowed to enter the studio as long as the check-in time is within the admission period. However, after the last admission timing of the session (also known as time zone), all entries will be denied, so do check your confirmation email details!
