    Garden of Pulut Hitam Workshop

    Bask in the flavours of local desserts with the return of Garden of Pulut Hitam - an adaptation from the traditional Southeast Asian dessert "Bubur Pulut Hitam" made with black glutinous rice and coconut milk. ​


    ​Learn the techniques of creating a layer of crispy coconut crunch to be sandwiched between soft black sesame cake sponges. Stack a hidden layer of black glutinous rice pudding on top before lining with smooth coconut mousse. For a touch of locality, how about decorating with a sesame tuile vessel and Singapore's iconic plants of pandan leaves and orchid flowers? ​
