On the sweet tier, savour the freshest bites of signature kuehs like Kueh Dadar and Ang Ku Kueh!
Kueh Dadar: Roll up delicate pandan crêpes made with freshly squeezed pandan juice, filled with shredded coconut cooked with gula Melaka.
Ang Ku Kueh: Learn beyond the techniques of kneading a chewy glutinous rice skin and wrap it with a sweet mung bean filling before shaping it in the iconic mould.
🍽️Savoury Sensations
Celebrate the essence of modern Singapore with the infusion of salted egg and aromatic curry leaves to the classic buttery scone. Or, skew up succulent spice-marinated chicken, accompanied by a homemade creamy peanut sauce to pair with crunchy condiments of onion and cucumber.
