    Starting from 1 Apr, let us throwback to these four menus that were once a hit in your hearts!

     

    Cake Basic

    • Roulé Thé Vert

    Soft and cottony matcha roll cake filled with red bean cream and matcha ganache (1 whole, 18cm length)

    • Anniversary Cheesecake

    A fancy cheesecake made from the steam baking method. Decorate the cake with apple compote roses, oranges and berries. (1 whole)


    Bread Basic

    • Marron Crown

    A flavourful bread with chicken sausage and camembert cheese wrapped within a dough using whole wheat flour. Accentuated with grain mustard. (4pcs)

    • Camembert Sausage

    A sweet bread with marron glacé and cane sugar shaped into a crown-like shape. (1 whole, 15cm)
