Bring your kakis (friends) for a kueh (quick) session as we get ready for a kueh showdown at Jewel Studio starting on 1 June!

With the help of a provided tablet, you can follow our tutorial video and learn to make either one of these newly-added local delights - Kueh Dadar or Ang Ku Kueh within an hour.

Kueh Dadar:

Eggy and fragrant, roll a pandan-scented coconut crepe with sweetened coconut filling.

Ang Ku Kueh (红龟糕 or "Red Tortoise Rice Cake"):

Soft and chewy, encase the bright red glutinous rice flour skin with sweet mung bean filling.
