💜 Twirl into sweetness with Violet Ballet Muse Cake!

This showstopper is more than just a cake. It is a work of art. We combine layers of soft sponge cake with a rich mousse made from blueberry and cassis purées.  

The real magic happens on the outside. We drape the cake in a stunning, translucent "Jelly Veil" naturally coloured with butterfly pea flower to look like a ballerina’s skirt. Hidden inside is a refreshingly tangy wild blueberry filling that perfectly balances the creamy mousse.  

Finished with fresh strawberries, and blueberries this cake tastes as beautiful as it looks.
