Welcome to "Wafu Labo (和風ラボ)", a lesson that you can blend traditional Japanese cooking techniques with modern presentation, encouraging creativity and culinary exploration with featured ingredients from Okinawa Prefecture, Kochi Prefecture, and Towada City (Aomori Prefecture)!
🍜 Learn to make homemade hōtō noodles (flat udon) enriched with Okinawa mozuku seaweed for an extra touch of umami! Savour it as a chilled noodle dish paired with a spicy mentsuyu dipping sauce made from scratch.
🥩 Our Wafu Steak features tender ribeye coated with Towada roasted sauce and sautéed onions for a burst of flavour.
