Palette in Bloom
🌸 As the Sakura season approaches, let’s spring into a full Palette in Bloom with a Japanese Roll Cake rolled along a layer of tang!
Bring out your inner pâtissier as you learn to bake a moist Matcha chiffon sponge, patterned with hand-drawn Sakura flowers. Spread over with raspberry preserves, Chantilly cream and fresh strawberry cubes, and enjoy a little Hanami watching (花見) as the Sakura flowers “blossom” before you upon rolling.
