    Strawberry Buche de Noel

    Virtual Lesson, Redefined: Experience a familiar yet fresh mode of baking in studios with our Self-paced Virtual Lessons!


    While we move virtual lessons from the comfort of your home back to the studio, get to expect directed self-learning without the help of an instructor so that you can have the opportunity to refresh your techniques!


    As the star of our new lesson concept, make it snow all around with the classic Strawberry Buche de Noel, a vertical stump cake with chiffon cake sponge, layered with Chantilly cream and strawberries that combined the techniques from Buche de Noel Blanc (Cake Basic) and Shortcake (Cake Basic 2021).


    Make use of a palette knife and fork to smoothen and carve a spiral pattern on the surface before decorating with plenty of berries, for a “freshly chopped” tree stump under a blanket of snow.
